Megan Pato

Megan has lived in the Bay Area her entire life and currently resides in Discovery Bay, CA. Graduating top of her class in 2014 with honors from Antioch high school, and currently going to NYIAD taking online courses to add interior design to the list. In March of 2017 she began her Real Estate career while coming to an end of her 3-year battle with cancer. After selling new homes for almost 2 years, and now property management experience, she has learned a lot in short amount of time. Joy is our very own Virtual Assistant from the Philippines. She pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in college, but opportunity led her to go after a career in Customer Service where she has raised the ranks, from being a customer service agent to a training specialist in the Learning and Development Department. She’s a reliable and hardworking member of the team and prides herself in her impeccable work ethic.

Khaira Mohmand

Having been raised in the Bay Area, Khaira gained a natural interest in real estate & property management. After getting her license in 2017 and practicing in different areas of the South Bay region, she moved to the East Bay and landed a position at Best Property Management in 2019. In the past several years, she has gained strong communication & organizational skills and utilizes her skills in strategic planning and time management to help the “Best” team. Outside of work, she currently is a student working on her law degree. Khaira loves to spend time with her two beautiful daughters & family, read, journal, shop & hopes to make a positive impact on the Accounting team at Best Property!

Alyssa Frazier

Alyssa was born and raised in the Bay Area. Nearly 3 years ago she relocated to the Brentwood area and has fallen in love with the family oriented community there. Mohammad Nadeem

Mohammad Nadeem joined Best Property Management after graduating from Cal State East Bay with a degree in Business Administration. Before joining Best Property Management, Mohammad worked in commercial property management; most recently, he was the operations manager for a construction company specializing in building new, single-family homes in the Bay Area.

Mohammad is a lifelong learner, constantly learning about all areas of real estate. Additionally, he is actively involved with the community through his local Rotary Club and other grassroots organizations. In his free time, Mohammad enjoys cooking and spending time in nature.
